Der Workshop richtet sich an Web-Redakteur*innen aus dem Hochschulkontext. Die Teilnehmenden erhalten einen ersten Einblick, worauf es bei einer barrierefreien Gestaltung von (Hochschul-)Webseiten zu achten gilt (z. B. Umgang mit Seitenstrukturen, Bildern/Grafiken, Farben/Kontraste und Verlinkungen). Alle Inhalte des Workshops werden in einem ausführlichen Leitfaden vertieft und im Anschluss an die Veranstaltung frei zur Verfügung gestellt. Zum Global Accessibilty Awareness Day (GAAD) am 16. Mai 2024 organisiert das Kompetenzzentrum digitale Barrierefreiheit.nrw gemeinsam mit verschiedenen NRW-Hochschulen unterschiedliche Aktionen zu verschiedenen Themen der digitalen Barrierefreiheit. Das Kompetenzentrum digitale Barrierefreiheit.nrw ist ein Projekt der digitalen Hochschule NRW (dh.nrw), die Konsortialführung liegt bei DoBuS an der TU Dortmund. Es berät Hochschulen in NRW im Bereich der digitalen Barrierefreiheit und vernetzt die Akteure auf der Arbeitsebene. https://barrierefreiheit.dh.nrw

Im Anschluss sollen wichtige Kriterien für barrierefreie Prüfungsdokumente vorgestellt werden.
