People with disabilities comprise the world’s largest minority group, and yet this 15% of the world’s population is severely underrepresented in astronomy and STEM as a whole. From university-run space science mentorship programs for blind high school students to accessible astronomy conference strategies to enabling the future of disabled astronauts, this session will showcase the latest advancements in science accessibility.
