What is Service Design? Service Design is the craft of tying together human, digital, and physical interactions over time to create seamless user experiences. It’s also one of the fastest growing and in demand design disciplines. What’s the this meet-up about? In this session, we’ll celebrate Global Accessibility Awareness Day by focusing on how we can create products and services that work for everyone. Members of the community will share their experiences and insights through a series of lightning talks. These will focus on accessibility and digital inclusion. During the break we will experiment with a pop-up empathy lab. You will leave the session with inspirating new ways of designing accessible and inclusive services. Who should come along? You could be a seasoned Service Designer practitioner, a curious career pivoter looking for a way in, or you could just be looking for more meaningful, satisfying and creative work. Anything else? There will be drinks and nibbles!
