Social Media Beiträge sind nur dann barrierefrei, wenn bestimmte Aspekte berücksichtigt werden. In diesem Workshop erfahren die Teilnehmenden, wie Sie ihr(e) Social Media Profil(e) für so viele Nutzer*innen wie möglich zugänglich aufbereiten können. Es wird schwerpunktmäßig die Plattform Instagram in den Fokus genommen, viele der hier angesprochenen Praxistipps lassen sich jedoch auch auf andere gängige Plattformen (z. B. TikTok, X, Facebook etc.) übertragen. ILIAS-Kurse barrierefrei anlegen (Virtual)

In diesem Kurzworkshop werden Tipps vermittelt, wie Kurse in ILIAS möglichst barrierefrei gestaltet werden können. Dabei geht es um die grundsätzliche Anlage der Kurse und als Schwerpunkt um die Arbeit mit dem Seiteneditor. Sie lernen nicht nur allgemeine Prinzipien kennen, sondern auch ILIAS-spezifische Tricks und Hinweise.

Selbst aktiv werden: Einstieg in die Erstellung barrierefreier Texte in Moodle (Virtual)

Erstellt gemeinsam mit Expert*innen der AG Barrierefreiheit barrierefreie Texte in Moodle. Betrachtet mit uns gängige Anwendungsszenarien und erfahrt, wie Barrieren im digitalen Bereich wirken. Lernt, wie man Fehler in der Barrierefreiheit erkennt und diese vermeidet oder sie behebt. Der Workshop findet auf der Webseite vom Kompetenzzentrum Moodle.NRW statt. Wir bitten die Teilnehmenden vorab, sich auf moodlenrw.de kostenlos zu registrieren. Ihr erhaltet darüberhinaus Zugang zu erprobten Materialien und Anleitungen zur Gestaltung barrierefreier Dokumente und Moodle-Kurse.

Sowing Seeds for Accessibility – AccessCat Network (Virtual)

Innovation trifft Inklusion: KI-Anwendungen für barrierefreie Medien (Virtual)

In diesem Workshop lernen Sie, wie Sie mit Hilfe moderner KI-Tools digitale Inhalte barrierefrei aufbereiten können. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der automatisierten Transkription und Untertitelung von Audio- sowie Videomaterial, um gehörlose oder schwerhörige Personen und Nutzer*innen mit Sprachbarrieren optimal zu unterstützen. Darüber hinaus beschäftigen wir uns mit KI-basierten Verfahren zur Erstellung von Bildbeschreibungen, die Menschen mit Sehbeeinträchtigungen eine barrierefreie Navigation durch Online-Inhalte Anhand praxisnaher Beispiele zeigen wir, wie sich diese Tools in bestehende Arbeitsabläufe integrieren lassen, welche technischen Voraussetzungen erforderlich sind und wo mögliche Stolpersteine liegen.

Supporting students with additional needs to learn with the micro:bit (Virtual)

In this webinar, we will provide tips for teachers working with children who have additional needs, particularly visual impairments, dexterity impairments and hearing impairments. The webinar will provide an overview of the ongoing work to improve the accessibility of MakeCode. It will also explain our resources such as our sign language glossary, tactile graphic of the micro:bit, and other accessories that improve accessibility. If you work with children who have additional needs, this webinar will provide practical tips and support.
