In honor of Global Accessibility Awareness Day 2022, Queen City Bytes and the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library are presenting an awareness building session about the barriers faced by people with cognitive disabilities when using a website or application. We will discuss the following:

  • visible vs invisible disabilities
  • cognitive disabilities diagnoses such as ADHD, Dyslexia, brain injury, Autism, and aging
  • eight objectives for making content usable for people with cognitive disabilities

Prakat Solutions, EqualGenius Foundation, Mitra Jyothi and Dalrada Corporation are hosting yet another virtual event this year.
